According to the characteristics of sleeper displacement, that is, select an appropriate gap (not less than 275mm) according to the work requirements of adjusting track gauge and angle squaring, do not remove or remove less ballast, put the machine into the gap, and it is better to make the movable top head against the lower half of the sleeper thickness. |

Loosen the fasteners on the sleeper to be adjusted in advance: only loosen one end of the fasteners when squaring the angle, and loosen all fasteners when both ends need to be squared. |

Rotate the unloading valve handle clockwise to close the unloading valve, insert the operating rod into the lever sleeve, shake the operating rod, so that the high-pressure oil is input into the working oil cylinder through the oil discharge valve in the oil pump cavity, the piston extends, and pushes the sleeper to adjust to the operation requirements. |

After each adjustment, in order to prevent the gap after the sleeper moves, fill the gap with ballast, then open the unloading valve counterclockwise to connect the high-pressure oil cavity with the fuel tank, and the cylinder piston will automatically return under the action of the return spring to complete a cycle. If the adjustment amount is insufficient, the connector can be unscrewed to meet the maintenance requirements. |
