The YQBD-250 Hydraulic Track Lifter/Aligner is independently developed by our company, specially designed for the maintenance of railway lines with various rail models such as 60kg/m and 50kg/m. It integrates both track lifting and aligning functions, featuring large lifting and aligning capacity and a new four-stage force boosting structure, which significantly improves operation efficiency and stability for railway maintenance work.
Operable on both the inner and outer sides of the rail without intruding into the gauge limit.
Adopts a planar five-bar mechanism, which solves the problems of small initial lifting/aligning force and large initial lifting-aligning ratio difference (high rail lifting but small horizontal aligning) of traditional hydraulic track lifters/aligners, achieving large initial lifting/aligning force and a reasonable initial lifting-aligning ratio.
Both the planar five-bar mechanism and the base are made of high-quality steel, ensuring no damage or deformation after long-term use.
The front inclination angle of the underframe beam is 10°, which overcomes the shortcomings of small aligning force and backward sliding when using a single chassis for track lifting/aligning.
Integrates two functions (track lifting and aligning) in one machine, with excellent performance, high efficiency and easy operation.
High-pressure oil generated by the manual plunger pump enters the main oil cylinder, forcing the piston rod of the main oil cylinder to extend outward. This drives the lever mechanism to make the aligning rod and lifting wheel move regularly, thereby realizing the track lifting and aligning actions. The machine is equipped with a four-stage force boosting structure to achieve the purpose of force enhancement. In the direction of track aligning operation, the initial aligning ratio is optimized with the increase of the α angle.

Instruction |
|
1 |
Clean the oil tank before use, then inject engine oil. |
|
2 |
Check whether all parts are flexible before use, and there shall be no dirt on the piston and other parts. |
|
3 |
Only after confirming that the relief valve handle, oil pump and other parts work reliably can it be used on the track. |
|
4 |
For track lifting operation, insert the base into the bottom of the rail, so that the lifting roller is tightly pressed against the inner edge of the rail bottom. When the piston extends, the rail is lifted by the vertical displacement of the roller to perform track lifting. |
|
5 |
For track aligning operation, clamp the convex edge of the aligning rod on the side of the rail bottom, and perform track aligning by using horizontal displacement. It is strictly prohibited to use other parts of the aligning rod for track aligning or lifting. |
|
6 |
When initially lifting and aligning the track, the operating angle can be larger; when the hand feels strenuous, the swing angle should not be too large to avoid damaging the machine parts. |
