The NLB-750 Internal Combustion Bolt Wrench is a static torque motorized bolt wrench, specifically designed for loosening and tightening rail bolts. With its robust aluminum alloy structure, stable transmission performance and user-friendly operation, it is an essential tool for railway maintenance projects, widely applied in railway lines, stations and other related scenarios. It features strong wear resistance, effective heat dissipation and reliable torque output, ensuring efficient and safe operation.
The overall structure adopts an aluminum alloy body and mechanical transmission, which is lightweight and durable. The surface of the transmission gear is treated with super-hard hardening, greatly enhancing its wear resistance and service life. The reducer is equipped with a pressure relief device to ensure stable operation and reduce mechanical wear, while the impact part is provided with a convection ventilation mechanism for effective heat dissipation, avoiding overheating during long-term continuous work.
Only high-quality two-stroke oil mixed with gasoline is allowed, with a strict mixing ratio of 25:1 (gasoline : two-stroke oil). Do not use inferior oil or incorrect mixing ratio, which may cause damage to the engine.

Preparation Before Use |
1. Mix gasoline and Komatsu gasoline engine special two-stroke oil at a ratio of 25:1, shake well thoroughly, and add to the fuel tank without leakage. |

2. Check all parts and connectors of the machine for looseness or damage, and start the machine only after confirming they are intact and secure. |
|
|
3. Toggle the reversing handle to the "Loosen" or "Tighten" position according to the work requirement, and ensure it is locked reliably to avoid misoperation. |
|
|
4. Place the wrench head accurately at the bolt, start the engine and preheat it for 1-2 minutes, then operate the machine for formal work. |

Machine Operation |
1. Close or slightly open the choke control lever, and press the manual fuel pump of the carburetor several times until fuel is delivered. |
|
2. When fuel is visible in the transparent oil pipe, pull the starting handle gently until resistance is felt, then pull it quickly to ignite and start the engine. |
|
|
3. Return the starting handle to its original position immediately. After the engine starts smoothly, gradually open the choke switch to preheat the engine, then increase the throttle to drive the load for operation. |

4. When loosening or tightening rail joint bolts, adjust the adjusting part on the frame according to the rail model to align the wrench head with the nut accurately. |
|
|
5. When tightening the joint bolts, the torque can reach 800~900N·m after the impact head impacts 3~4 times; do not over-tighten to avoid bolt damage. |
|
|
6. Before formal use, it is necessary to check whether the torque meets the standard. If not, you can increase the impact times appropriately or replace the impact pressure spring. |

Shutdown |
1. When shutting down, turn down the manual throttle slowly to let the engine run at low speed for 30 seconds, then press the engine stop switch. |
|
2. Hold the stop switch for 2~3 seconds until the engine stops running completely (Note: Do not shut down when the engine is running at high speed, which may damage the machine). |
