1. Brief introduction:

The Axle Conveyor Trolley is a key supporting equipment for axle processing and assembly lines, specially developed to meet the needs of urban rail transit axle transportation and wheel-axle pre-assembly. It features stable structure, precise control and high safety, and is perfectly compatible with axle automatic conveying systems and wheel-axle automatic pre-assembly systems, realizing automated connection and transportation of axles, and greatly improving production efficiency and operation safety.

The trolley is mainly composed of walking drive module, lifting drive module, axle compression module, safety shield structure and gearbox support module. Its core functions are to connect axles with the axle automatic conveying system and cooperate with the wheel-axle automatic pre-assembly system to complete wheel pre-assembly.

2. The working process is as follows: 

• The axle support structure is raised to the receiving height
• The axle automatic conveying system grabs the axle to be pressed and places it on the axle support structure
• The axle compression module compresses the axle to be pressed; after the axle conveyor trolley is raised, it transports the axle to the pre-assembly station
• The servo lifting drive mechanism adjusts the axle height until it is concentric with the wheel hub hole
• The wheel-axle automatic pre-assembly system pre-installs the wheel on the axle
• The axle receiving trolley of the wheel-set press travels along the track to the pre-pressing position to connect the axle workpiece with this equipment, and sends it to the press for wheel-axle pressing operation after receiving the material.
