Our integrated underground fixed jacking unit is specifically designed for metro maintenance, installed in underground foundation pits to realize safe lifting and lowering operations for entire trains (6 cars), train units (3 cars) or single cars. It provides a safe, reliable and efficient working environment for metro maintenance personnel, ensuring smooth and secure daily inspection and maintenance of metro trains.
Capable of safely lifting metro trains weighing up to approximately 200 tons, this fixed jacking unit relies on the dual protection of an intelligent control system and a robust mechanical structure, making it a core equipment for modern metro maintenance workshops.
• High Synchronization Precision: The intelligent control system displays the height of each jacking point in real time. Within the overall length of about 110 meters, the synchronization precision of 24 jacking points is ≤ ±4mm. When the height difference between any two jacking points reaches 8mm, the system automatically adjusts to keep the difference below 8mm, ensuring stable lifting.
• Stable Lifting Mechanism: The lifting unit is driven by a motor reduction gearbox (Siemens, Germany) and adopts screw transmission, which enables smooth and steady lifting of the train without vibration, effectively protecting the train body and internal components.
• Compact & Space-Saving Design: All lifting units are hidden in underground pits when not in use. After the lifting and lowering operation, all equipment is lowered back into the pit, leaving the garage floor flat and obstacle-free, maximizing the utilization of workshop space.
• Comprehensive Safety Protection: Equipped with full and reliable detection and safety protection systems, adopting advanced Siemens (Germany) PLC control and self-locking screw load-bearing structure. It ensures safe maintenance operations (both on-board and under-vehicle) in both jacking mechanism support state (without lowering the bogie) and car body bracket support state (with bogie lowered), and long-term support operation will not affect the equipment performance and service life.
With an overall length of about 110 meters, the unit consists of 1 set of intelligent control system and 12 or 6 sets of jacking devices. Each jacking device includes:
