1. Brief introduction:

The Train Automatic Washing Machine (hereinafter referred to as the Washing Machine) is used to clean dust, oil stains and other contaminants on the outer surface of metro trains.


The automatic train washing system is mainly composed of Signal guidance system, photoelectric system, washing system, water supply system, water recycling system, air supply system, electric control system, monitoring system, and strong air-drying system.

2. Main advantages of our advanced automatic metro train washer:

2.1 Automatic Profiling Cleaning Technology- Independently developed advanced brush frequency conversion control technology, suitable for cleaning the end faces of train heads of any shape.

2.2 Advanced Brush Technology-The brushes are professionally developed for car washing machines. Made of special materials, they feature an "X" shape with water-containing design, split at the front end. They are soft, wear-resistant, and will not damage the paint.

2.3 Advanced Water-Saving Technology-All car-washing wastewater is fully recycled. After treatment including conditioning, coagulation sedimentation, and photocatalytic oxidation, it is reused in a closed loop.

2.4 SCADA Control Technology-Real-time position display and on-site CCTV monitoring.It can monitor the operation of every car washer in the depot in real time.

2.5 Drying Function-After washing, strong air blowing is applied first, followed by wiping with dry brushes. This removes all residual water from the train surface after winter washing and prevents car body icing.

2.6 Train Washing Traction Technology-Independently developed. It successfully solves the technical challenge of cleaning non-self-propelled trains. The automatic traction method ensures no impact on the normal passage of trains.

2.7 Automatic Coupling Device-Independently developed. It successfully solves the technical challenge of cleaning non-self-propelled trains. The automatic traction method ensures no impact on the normal passage of trains.

2.8 Bidirectional Cleaning Technology-Independently developed, this technology solves the limitation that trains can only be cleaned from one end of the washing shed, thus significantly improving the efficiency of the washer.

2.9 Wide applications-Widely applied in EMU, passenger car, locomotive and metro train washing systems, with a market share of over 90%.

1. Speed Measuring Device(One set at each end of the garage)

Consists of upright columns and two pairs of speed sensors; steel structure with galvanization and plastic spraying.

Measures, displays, prints and records washing speed. One set at front and rear of the garage. If the driver exceeds speed limit, the operator will remind the driver to drive at the specified speed.

2. Photoelectric Sensor Device(Four sets total: one at each garage end, two at end-washing positions)

Consists of upright columns and through-beam photoelectric sensors; steel structure with galvanization and plastic spraying.Parameters:Photoelectric sensor model: E3Z-T61 (through-beam type)Detection distance: 10 m

Two sets at garage ends control start and stop of washing equipment.Two sets at end-washing positions detect train parking position and judge whether parking is accurate.

3. Pre-Wetting Spray &Temperature-Regulating Water Pipe(One set)

Consists of upright column, spray pipe and nozzles.Column: galvanized & plastic sprayed.Spray pipe and nozzles: stainless steel.

Sprays cold water in summer to cool the train body; sprays hot water in winter to warm the train body. Also flushes sand and mud attached to the body.

4. Detergent Spray Water Pipe(One set)

Consists of upright column, spray pipe and nozzles.Column: galvanized & plastic sprayed.Spray pipe and nozzles: stainless steel.

Sprays detergent evenly onto the train body.

5. Side Brush Assembly(Five sets)

Composed of brush column, brush frame, brush shaft, brush bristles, swing mechanism, rotation mechanism, safety limit mechanism, sensor system and spray system. Steel structure parts: galvanized and plastic sprayed.

Washes the side of the train body. Brushing contact depth is automatically adjusted by swing mechanism pressure. Includes detergent brushing, recycled water brushing and clean water brushing.

6. End Washing Profiling Brush Assembly(Two sets)

Composed of traveling vehicle, lifting mechanism, swing-out mechanism, rotation mechanism, horizontal brush assembly, safety limit device, induction system and safety lock.

Automatically profiles and washes the front and rear end faces of the metro train, with wiper protection function.

7.Roof Horizontal Brush Assembly(One set)

Composed of brush column, brush frame, brush shaft, brush bristles, swing mechanism, rotation mechanism, safety limit mechanism, sensor system and spray system. Steel structure parts: galvanized and plastic sprayed.

Brushes and cleans the train roof. Brushing contact depth is automatically adjusted by adjusting the pressure of the swing mechanism. Includes detergent brushing and recycled water brushing.

8.High-Power Air Blowing(Two sets)

Consists of high-pressure fans and upright columns.

Blows and air-dries the cleaned surface of the metro train, removing residual water from the train body.

9. Hot Air Curtain(Two sets)

Consists of fans and heat exchangers.

Used for winter washing in northern regions. Keeps the washing garage warm and prevents cold air from entering; also dries the train body surface.

10. Compressed Air System(One set)

Composed of air compressor, air storage tank and other accessories.

Provides compressed air for all pneumatic equipment.

11. Water Circulation & Treatment System(Part of External Automatic Washing Machine)

Composed of 1 power distribution cabinet, 1 main control cabinet, 1 frequency conversion control cabinet, 1 set of regulated power supply, 1 set of operation console, 2 industrial computers, 1 LCD display, 1 set of video surveillance system, 1 set of on-site control box, 1 set of temperature control system, cables and wires, and software system.

The control system is highly automated and equipped with comprehensive safety protection measures.
