1.Brief introduction:

Railway bogie lift machine is specially designed bogie maintenance workshop equipment. The bogie lifter is used to lift the bogie to a suitable height when disassembling and assembling railway vehicles, so as to facilitate the disassembling,cleaning, assembling, measuring and checking operations of the components on the bogie.

This equipment adopts computer software control, easy to use and smoothly operated.

The whole equipment is composed of outer frame, base, transmission mechanism, connecting rod, electrical cabinet and other components.

3.Equipment Features:

  • Modular design, divided into 4 modules (2 frames, 1 base, 3 connecting rods, 1 drive shaft) for easy on-site installation.
  • Frame structure with integrated base platform, unaffected by foundation settlement during operation.
  • Equipped with a large number of linear guide rails, ensuring smooth operation (close to machine tool slide) with low transmission resistance; main body processed by CNC machining center for high precision.
  • Excellent stability and tangential load resistance: when lifted to 1500mm, guide column deflection ≤1mm under 8KN tangential load in any direction, ensuring safe operation.
  • Guide rail friction upgraded from semi-sliding-semi-rolling to pure rolling, improving efficiency and smoothness, and extending screw service life.
  • Screw bears tensile stress.
  •  PLC control system adopted.
  • Built-in jacking, with wheel rim positioning and V-groove positioning for bogie; no damage to original factory track (no track cutting); no ground pit whether in operation or not.
  • Simple mechanical transmission (only 1 reducer, 2 worm gear lifters -16T, 1 cardan shaft, 2 couplings) with low failure rate.
  •  Wide lifting speed adjustment range: 150~400mm/min.
  • Can be used together to synchronously jack up the entire vehicle (without bogie disassembly), facilitating vehicle maintenance.
