1. Brief introduction:
Our 10T/20T Manual Bogie Turntable is a core auxiliary equipment specially designed for bogie maintenance workshops, widely applied in railway vehicle maintenance depots. It is mainly used for quick steering and horizontal transfer of bogies and wheel sets between tracks, providing precise position adjustment for subsequent bogie disassembly, inspection, assembly and other processes. 3. Main Components Introduction:
The bogie turntable mainly consists of turntable body, slewing support, auxiliary support, positioning device, wheel stopper and cover plate. The turntable body, welded with high-quality channel steel and steel plates, has rails in "#" shape. The slewing support is the core, ensuring stable rotation. 8 sets of auxiliary support wheels bear eccentric loads. The 7mm checkered cover plate ensures flatness and 5t forklift passage. The positioning device locks at 0°, 90°, 180°, 270° with ≤2mm error, preventing accidental rotation. All components work together for stable operation. (See corresponding figures for details.)
