The machine is reasonably designed, compact in structure, flexible in operation and convenient to get on and off the track. Equipped with an imported gasoline engine, it has low failure rate and reliable performance, which is more suitable for field on-site operations and has advanced technical performance. After profile grinding, the rail is not only smooth, but also can restore the original rail head contour, making train operation more stable and safe.

Procedure Type |
Specific Operations |
Preparation Before Use |
1. Check whether the fuel and lubricating oil of the gasoline engine meet the specified requirements. |
2. Check whether the starting mechanism and various components are loose (especially whether the grinding wheel is firmly installed, free of cracks, and whether the linear speed meets the requirements). |
3. Check whether the main shaft clearance is too large. |
4. Check whether the clearance of the feed mechanism is normal. |
5. Check whether the safety shield is firm and reliable. |
Machine Use |
1. Open the fuel valve, close the choke, push the throttle handle to the low-speed position, pull the recoil starter handle to confirm it is normal, push the flameout switch to the ON position, pull the recoil starter handle quickly to start the machine. After the machine runs, return the choke to the original position, and increase the speed for grinding operation only after the warm-up is normal. |
2. Wear safety protective equipment as required during operation. |
3. Adjust the feed grinding amount slowly during operation. Avoid the grinding wheel hitting the rail to prevent danger. If there is abnormal noise, stop the machine immediately for inspection and continue the operation after handling it. |
Shutdown |
1. Push the throttle handle to the low-speed position, turn off the flameout switch to the OFF position, and close the fuel valve. |
2. Rotate the grinding wheel feed handle in the reverse direction to return the grinding wheel to the highest position. |
