It integrates advanced mechanical, hydraulic and electrical control technologies, ensuring comprehensive detection of wheelset performance and providing strong support for the safety and stability of rail transit operation.

• Foundation-free Installation: No need for special foundation construction, easy to move and replace the installation site, saving time and cost for your workshop layout.

• Wide Adaptability: Adjustable applicable gauge (1000—1676 mm) and compatible with various wheelset specifications (wheel diameter Φ750~920 mm, total length ≤2850 mm, etc.), suitable for multiple rail vehicle types.

• Comprehensive Testing Functions: Supports running-in tests for wheelsets with brake discs and axleboxes, with soft start, speed change, braking functions, and adjustable friction pressure, braking force and running-in time.

• Intelligent Monitoring & Alarm: Equipped with left and right axlebox bearing temperature detection (0~100 ℃, accuracy ±1℃), with over-temperature and over-speed alarm functions to ensure safe operation.

• Intelligent Data Management: Computer display screen shows and stores detection data in real time, which can be output at any time; it has long-term storage and recovery functions of basic data, and can automatically judge whether the running-in is qualified.

• High Safety & Reliability: Equipped with emergency stop function, safety interlock device, short circuit, open circuit and leakage protection devices, ensuring comprehensive protection during equipment operation.

• Easy Operation & Maintenance: Simple and easy-to-understand program, convenient operation and maintenance; the software has functions such as equipment fault self-diagnosis, parameter setting, data management and calibration.
