1. Brief introduction:

This railway crane wagon integrates a railway flat car with a crane arm and dedicated driving device, enabling efficient lifting and transportation of steel rails, sleepers, turnout sets and other railway equipment. Fitted with optional side walls or end plates, it also handles bulk materials like ballast, making it a multi-functional workhorse for railway construction and maintenance.

Constructed with a separate physical mounting of the flat car platform and on-board crane, the two components operate independently for enhanced flexibility. The crane adopts a PALFINGER straight-arm design, available in 5t, 8t, 10t and 12t lifting capacities, and is powered by a hydraulic power station consisting of a diesel engine, battery, hydraulic oil tank and hydraulic pumps.

We offer fully customized solutions, tailoring cranes and tooling to meet specific customer requirements. For elevated operational safety, optional limiters and remote control systems can be integrated as needed. With a simple structure, cost-effectiveness and broad applicability, this railway crane wagon delivers reliable performance for diverse railway engineering tasks.

This railway maintenance crane wagon adopts a robust all-steel welded structure with Q355B/Q235B grade steel for the car body, ensuring superior load-bearing capacity. Its underframe integrates variable-section fish-bellied center beams, box-type cross beams and 4mm checkered steel flooring, fitted with lifting lugs and jacking pads for easy handling. The vehicle is equipped with a 13B coupler + MT-3 draft gear and Chinese 120 type air brake system  for reliable rail operation, paired with mature K6 casting bogie for stability.

The on-board Sany SPS10500R straight-arm crane (3-section telescopic boom) features DC24V adjustable searchlights and a protected turntable with anti-reverse pins. The rear console with bilingual markings enables intuitive operation, making the vehicle ideal for efficient rail maintenance and lifting tasks in diverse trackside scenarios.
