The automatic wheel-axle pre-assembly system is mainly composed of key structures including a docking mechanism, a wheel in-place clamping mechanism, a wheel in-place flipping mechanism, a traveling drive mechanism, a wheel pre-installation drive mechanism, and an electrical control system.
This equipment is primarily designed for the pre-assembly of wheels directly on the automated wheel conveying system. Once the wheels are in position, they are securely clamped by the precision centering clamping mechanism. Following safe clamping, the wheel flipping mechanism rotates the horizontal wheels to a vertical position. The system is also equipped with a safe access platform, enabling maintenance personnel to perform tasks such as grinding the inner holes of the wheel hubs and applying molybdenum disulfide.
