The single-cylinder wheel set disassembly machine is primarily designed for the wheel removal operation of wheel sets on vehicles without gearboxes. It is adaptable to various wheel sets and different process requirements.
After the wheel set is lifted and transported to the disassembly station, the height of the wheel set is adjusted by manually rotating the lead screw nut. Subsequently, the PLC control system enables the automatic execution of wheel set disassembly and backpressure testing. Featuring a rational structure, reliable performance, simple operation, and easy maintenance, this equipment effectively meets the wheel disassembly requirements of railway vehicle wheel sets (excluding gearbox-equipped models).
