The dual-cylinder wheel set disassembly machine is primarily designed for the disassembly and backpressure testing of wheel sets used in metro vehicles and motorized vehicles. It not only facilitates the removal of wheels but also enables the disassembly of brake discs and driven gears, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
Controlled by a PLC system, the equipment supports dual-end disassembly without the need for repositioning the wheel set. It boasts high operational efficiency, a rational structure, reliable performance, simple operation, and easy maintenance.
This equipment performs both wheel disassembly and backpressure testing, as well as the disassembly of brake discs and driven gears. Equipped with dual-end disassembly capability, it can complete the disassembly of wheels and brake discs at both ends without repositioning the wheel set.
The device is equipped with five disassembly positions, allowing users to select an appropriate position based on different disassembly targets. For wheel disassembly, the two end positions are utilized; the three middle positions are mainly used for the disassembly of brake discs and large drive gears
