1. Brief introduction:

GMC16 Rail Grinding Machine is an advanced rail maintenance equipment independently developed by China. It is designed for precision grinding of standard gauge railways, subways and urban rail transits, with compact structure, high efficiency and reliable performance. As a professional rail grinding solution, it is widely exported to global markets, helping customers solve rail surface defects and extend rail service life.

With 16 grinding heads and two-car marshalling, the GMC16 Rail Grinding Machine can realize simultaneous double-rail grinding and bidirectional operation, which greatly improves working efficiency. It is equipped with programmable profile control technology, ensuring grinding accuracy up to ±0.5°, and the grinding surface is free of burns and blue light. The integrated high-pressure pulse backblowing dust removal system meets the requirements of long-term continuous operation, and the whole machine can be operated by a single driver, which is easy to use and maintain.

The machine has excellent mobility and environmental adaptability, which can adapt to various complex working conditions such as different temperature ranges and altitudes. It is an ideal equipment for daily maintenance and restorative grinding of railway tracks and turnouts (7#~38# turnouts), providing strong support for the safe and stable operation of railway lines.
