Both Stainless Steel and FRP seats are engineered to withstand the harsh conditions of public transit, including frequent use, moisture, and temperature variations, while providing optimal comfort for passengers during short or long journeys.

(1)  Stainless Steel Metro Seat

Ideal for high-traffic commuter lines, our stainless steel metro seats are made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, featuring excellent corrosion resistance, high strength, and easy maintenance. The surface is treated with brushing, sandblasting, or embossing to enhance anti-slip performance, solving the problem of slippery surfaces in wet environments. With a sleek metal finish, it is not only durable but also easy to clean and disinfect, making it perfect for busy urban subway lines with large passenger flows.


(2)  FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) Metro Seat

Suitable for medium-traffic lines, suburban lines, or projects requiring lightweight and aesthetic design, our FRP metro seats are composed of glass fiber and phenolic/epoxy resin matrix. It boasts the advantages of light weight, high strength, and flexible molding, allowing for customized colors and ergonomic curved designs to match the interior style of metro carriages. The FRP material has low thermal conductivity, providing a more comfortable touch in both cold and hot seasons, and meets strict low-smoke and halogen-free flame-retardant standards.
