1. Brief introduction:
The JW-4G Overhead Catenary Inspection & Maintenance Vehicle is a high-performance, reliable rail equipment designed for the installation, inspection, maintenance and emergency repair of electrified railway overhead catenary systems. With a maximum operating speed of 120km/h, it adopts hydraulic transmission and a full hydraulic lifting and slewing working platform, ensuring efficient and safe operation in various railway working scenarios. It is widely used in standard gauge electrified railways, featuring stable performance, strong adaptability and easy operation, which can fully meet the daily operation and emergency support needs of railway catenary maintenance.
Equipped with a powerful Weichai engine and advanced braking system, the JW-4G vehicle ensures excellent traction and braking performance, even in harsh working environments. The automatic leveling working platform can adapt to curve superelevation, providing a safe and stable operating space for maintenance personnel. It can also be used for traction of materials, tools and personnel, realizing multi-functional application and improving work efficiency.

3. Main structure:
The JW-4G Catenary Inspection Vehicle are designed to ensure stability, safety and operability, including the following parts:
- Bogie: Adopting 4-axle structure with standard gauge wheelsets, ensuring stable running on electrified railway tracks.
- Power System: Composed of Weichai WP12.480 engine and hydraulic transmission device, providing strong power support for the vehicle's operation and work.
- Working Platform System: Full hydraulic lifting and slewing platform with automatic leveling function, including main platform and side platform, meeting different maintenance operation needs.
- Braking System: Integrating main air brake, foundation brake and parking brake, ensuring reliable braking performance in various working conditions.
- Cab and Operating System: Spacious cab with about 15 seats, equipped with professional operating controls, easy to operate and monitor the vehicle status.
