1. Brief introduction:

This metro tunnel cleaning vehicle is specially designed and manufactured for tunnel cleaning. It is an integrated automatic railway engineering vehicle combining machinery, electricity and hydraulics. Equipped with built-in water spraying and vacuum suction functions, it can automatically clean metro tunnels or railway tunnels. It has its own power system, enabling it to drive to the work site independently. Its built-in high-pressure water system can also be used for fire emergency.

The tunnel cleaning vehicle consists of two railcars: a power railcar and a non-power railcar. The main systems of the vehicle include: special flat car, transmission system, high-pressure water system, sewage recovery system, lifting platform, water supply system and power supply system.

2. Main technical features:


• The whole vehicle is equipped with 28 high-pressure water nozzles arranged along the tunnel section, which can automatically wash the top, side walls and ground of the tunnel in all directions. Special areas are equipped with liftable platforms and manual cleaning guns, allowing manual operation of water guns for cleaning; the cleaning length of each tank of water is more than 8km.

• The whole vehicle is equipped with 4 ground vacuum suction heads, which can automatically clean ground dirt.

• It adopts Deutz TCD 2015 V06/330Kw/2100rpm engine, equipped with DYL-BD1300 exhaust gas treatment device, which realizes the control of harmful exhaust gas emission of the engine in the tunnel.

• Hydraulic transmission is adopted, and the flow change of hydraulic pump and motor is controlled by microcomputer control system, realizing stepless speed change of travel drive.

• It adopts braking system meeting UIC braking components such as Knorr KE valve, with emergency braking distance < 500m.

• A driver's cab is designed at each end of the two carriages to realize bidirectional driving; the cab is equipped with panoramic safety glass windows, designed according to ergonomic requirements, and each driver's cab provides seats for one driver and three operators.

• It is equipped with alarm systems such as emergency stop button, oil level alarm system, engine overheating protection device, high-pressure water pump overheating protection, water tank low water level alarm, and sewage storage tank maximum water level alarm to ensure safety during use.

• The cab control panel is equipped with operation buttons such as power start switch, power emergency stop main switch button, roller brush start button, water pump start button, forward and backward flushing base and track bed nozzle selection button, which is easy to operate.

• The cab is equipped with comfortable and clear sound and visual alarm devices, which facilitate the operation, maintenance, upkeep and troubleshooting of main equipment. Horns, rotating signal lights and various indicator lights are set on the roof and between carriages to facilitate construction operations.

• The whole vehicle is equipped with front lights, rear lights, dome lights in the cab, panel reading lights, LED vehicle middle work lights, vehicle fault alarm lights and signal lights. The lighting system is powered by 24V storage battery, and the lighting system can also supply power normally when the emergency stop switch is pressed.

• The whole vehicle has the function of non-fire hauling.

• The vehicle significantly improves cleaning effect and efficiency, and effectively reduces manual labor costs.

• The high-pressure cleaning head and manual cleaning gun of the vehicle can perform fire extinguishing function and be used as a tunnel fire emergency vehicle.
