1. Brief introduction:

The built-in multi-gauge electric wheel set turntable (hereinafter referred to as the wheel set turntable) is specially designed for the steering operation of railway vehicle wheel sets on tracks. It adopts an embedded installation design, which is compact, stable and safe, and can adapt to multiple gauge standards, widely used in railway maintenance, assembly and other scenarios.

With advanced structural design and reliable electrical control system, the turntable ensures smooth lifting and rotation, accurate positioning, and effectively protects the wheel set from damage. It is equipped with dual control modes and complete safety protection functions, meeting international industry standards and environmental protection requirements.

3. Structures:

The wheel set turntable consists of turntable body, lifting device, driving device, guiding device and electrical control device. It is installed in the foundation pit, with the turntable surface flush with the plant floor. The diameter of the turntable panel is smaller than the inner distance of the track, so no cutting or modification of the track in the plant is required after installation.
