3. Use method:

Operation Content

Check whether the transmission part is flexible and whether the thread connection is loose.

Turn the reversing handwheel to place the working part of the Bolt wrench’s socket in the middle position (neutral position).

Lift the Bolt wrench onto the rail, make the front and rear rail wheels clamp the rail, and adjust the height of the rear rail wheel according to the rail type.

Insert the auxiliary support frame into the auxiliary support sleeve, so that the auxiliary support wheel clamps the other rail.

Add engine oil and fuel according to the engine operation manual, start the engine for a short no-load operation. After normal operation, adjust the throttle to 2/3 position or maximum locking position to start working.

Turn the reversing handwheel to the required direction: clockwise for loosening or counterclockwise for tightening. Align the nut, hold the operating handle of the Bolt wrench with your hand to press down and fasten the nut, then you can use the Bolt wrench to tighten and loosen the nut.

During the tightening operation with the Bolt wrench, lift the sleeve when you hear a ticking sound.

Before stopping the Bolt wrench, reduce the throttle, and turn off the engine after the engine runs idly for a short time.

Remove the auxiliary support frame.
