Freight wagon roller bearing press machine is a specialized equipment for roller bearing mounting onto wheelset. It is designed with high-precision and high-efficiency, serving as a core piece of equipment in railway maintenance and manufacturing workshop.
Adopting advanced computer control technology, the equipment can accurately collect, display and print all key parameters during the pressing process in real time. The operation data can be seamlessly interacted with the bearing assembly line control software system, realizing intelligent management and traceability of the production process, which greatly improves the efficiency and standardization of bearing pressing operations.
With strong compatibility, the equipment can complete bearing pressing for multiple types of wheel sets by replacing the pressing tooling. It supports two working modes: automatic simultaneous pressing of bearings at both ends of the wheel set and automatic single-end pressing, which can be flexibly switched according to actual operation needs, adapting to different production scenarios.
The equipment consists of three main parts: the bearing press main unit, the electrical control system, and the hydraulic system. It is installed in the foundation, with the equipment rail aligned with the workshop track to ensure smooth transportation of wheel sets. Foundation covers are laid around the equipment, with the upper surface of the covers flush with the workshop floor, ensuring safe and convenient operation.
The main unit of the bearing press adopts a gantry structure composed of the bed, cylinder support and upper crossbeam. All components are made of section steel and steel plate through welding, and stress relief annealing is performed after welding to effectively eliminate welding stress, ensuring excellent structural strength and rigidity. The upper crossbeam is of frame structure, allowing bearings to be hoisted out from the middle, which is convenient for loading and unloading operations.
