Insulation Sleeve Railway Track Concrete Sleeper

1. Product introduction:

Concrete Embedded Insulation Sleeve is a key supporting component for railway concrete sleepers, specially embedded in precast concrete sleepers during the production process. It is mainly used to insulate and protect the fastening bolts of the track, isolate the electrical conduction between the bolts and the concrete sleeper, and cooperate with the railway rubber pad to further ensure the safe operation of the railway signal system[superscript:4]. The product is made of high-quality engineering plastic insulation materials, with excellent electrical insulation, corrosion resistance and mechanical strength, which can adapt to long-term outdoor harsh service environments such as high and low temperature, humidity and ultraviolet radiation.

2. Core functions:

  • Electrical Insulation Protection: Effectively isolates the current conduction between the track fastening bolts and the concrete sleeper, avoids signal interference, ensures the normal operation of the railway signal and train control system, and improves the safety of railway operation.
  • Bolt & Sleeper Protection: Protects the fastening bolts from corrosion, rust and wear, prevents the bolts from loosening due to vibration, and avoids damage to the concrete sleeper caused by direct contact between the bolts and the sleeper, extending the service life of the bolts and sleepers.
  • Stable Embedding Performance: It has good bonding performance with concrete, is not easy to fall off or shift during concrete pouring and long-term use, and ensures the stability of the track fastening system[superscript:4].
  • Environmental Adaptability: It has excellent resistance to high and low temperature, aging and corrosion, can work stably in the environment of -40℃ to 70℃, and is suitable for various harsh
