Metro Fastening System adopts elastic separated design structure. It has the functions of maintaining and adjusting the track gauge and alignment, providing longitudinal resistance to prevent rail creep and excessive gap opening in case of rail fracture, supplying elasticity to reduce vibrations and shocks, enhancing the rigidity of the track frame to prevent track buckling, ensuring track insulation for the normal operation of the track circuit and possessing a certain capacity for vertical adjustment of steel rails.
DT IV metro elastic separated fastening is specially designed for 60kg/m rail elevated lines, applicable to sections with short sleeper monolithic ballast beds. It can effectively prevent rail creep, maintain gauge and rail horizontal position as well as provide reliable electrical insulation. With moderate vertical and longitudinal stiffness, it mitigates track vibration and noise, reduces impact on track structures, and minimizes maintenance workload, ensuring stable and efficient operation of the track system.
