The equipment mainly consists of seven parts:mobile trolley, hydraulic power unit, lifting cylinder, pressing and dismounting cylinder, pressing tooling, dismounting tooling, electric control box.
· Equipped with a movable trolley, free from site and location restrictions.
· One machine performs two functions (pressing & dismounting), reducing investment cost.
· Stable and reliable performance with easy operation.
· Lifting cylinder enables convenient vertical alignment.
· Manual operation for bearing pressing and dismounting is simple and user-friendly.
· Compatible with various bearings by quickly changing tooling.
· Pressing and dismounting pressure can be easily adjusted according to working conditions.
· Equipped with pressure sensor to display real-time pressing and dismounting force.
· Cylinder center aligns with wheel set center during operation, avoiding workpiece damage.
· Dismounting force is applied evenly on the rear baffle end face, protecting bearings and axles without deformation.
· Dismounting claws are located under the bearing, preventing bearings from falling to the ground for easy removal.
· Lower-positioned dismounting claws avoid collision damage to the cylinder piston rod.
· High working speed and efficiency, with a cycle time of about 4 minutes per operation.
· Adaptable to wheel set bearing pressing and dismounting for various track gauges.
