2.Main features:
Intelligent Control: adopts computer control system, supporting both automatic and manual operation modes. It has complete functions of data input, storage and output, which simplifies operation procedures and reduces labor intensity.
Versatile Application: suitable for on-line bearing disassembly of RB2, RD2, RE2, RF2 type wheelsets. It supports multiple working modes, including simultaneous disassembly on both sides, independent disassembly on either side, full-automatic disassembly and manual step-by-step disassembly, meeting diverse operation needs.
Stable & Efficient: equipped with high-performance hydraulic system, the maximum unloading force on one side reaches 600 kN, ensuring smooth and efficient disassembly. The unloading work rhythm is ≤4 minutes per piece, greatly improving work efficiency.
Humanized Design: the equipment is installed in the foundation, with the equipment rail flush with the track in the workshop, and the foundation cover plate flush with the workshop ground, ensuring safe and convenient operation and maintenance.
