1. Brief introduction：

Railway flat wagon is the most simple and economic railway freight wagons. It could be used to transport wood, equipment, containers and etc. The most common application is to transport ISO containers.

As a dedicated wagon for ISO standard containers, our container flat wagon is widely applicable to different gauge lines such as 1000mm, 1067m, 1435mm, 1520mm and 1676mm. The loading conditions could be: 1*20GP, 2*20GP, 1*40GP, or 2*40GP and etc. We are capable of designing special purpose flat wagons according to customer’s different requirements.

The flat wagon is mainly composed of under frame, container locks, bogies, coupler and buffer devices, and air brake system. The wagon chassis adopts all-welded steel structure which is durable and reliable. The bogie adopts ride control 3-piece casting bogie ensure smooth running performance, minimum maintenance and long lifespan.The couplers and air brake systems are installed to be compatible with customer’s existing freight wagons.

•  Strong Adaptability: we could design wagons compatible to customer’s exist railway rolling stocks, such as different track gauges like 1000mm, 1067mm, 1435mm, 1520mm and 1676mm, different pay loads: 30 tons~80 tons, different standards: TB standard, AAR standard, UIC standard, GOST standard, and etc.
•  Reliable Safety Performance: Equipped with advanced air braking system (such as KE type control valve air braking system complying with UIC540 requirements, 120 type control valve air braking device or AAR standard Wabtec ABDX air brake system), high-performance ride control bogie and advanced railway locking device, it can ensure the stability of containers during high-speed operation and avoid safety hazards such as container displacement and falling-off. The slack-less coupler is adopted to reduce the gap between vehicles and improve the running stability.
• Easy Maintenance & Cost Saving: The overall structure is simple and reasonable, with standardized parts, which is convenient for daily inspection, maintenance and replacement, reducing the maintenance cost during the whole service life. The light weight design under the premise of ensuring load capacity effectively reduces energy consumption and operation cost, bringing long-term economic benefits to customers.
• Multi-scenario Application: In addition to standard container transportation, it can also transport steel, automobiles, boxed goods, large concrete bridges and other goods by adding movable side walls and end walls according to customer needs, realizing multi-purpose and expanding the application scope.
