Turnout (also called switch) is a critical railway track component that enables trains to switch lines, diverge or converge safely and smoothly. It ensures flexible routing and safe operation of rail traffic, serving as the "hub" of railway track systems.
As a core component of railway track systems, our railway turnouts are manufactured in strict accordance with international and industry standards to ensure high durability, stability and safety. For materials, we adopt high-strength rails (such as U75V and U71Mn), high-manganese steel or alloy steel frogs, concrete sleeper and special fasteners, all of which are equipped with material certificates and factory inspection reports, and undergo chemical composition, mechanical performance re-inspection and non-destructive testing (UT/MT) to eliminate internal defects.
