1. Brief introduction:

Our railway iron base plate is a high-quality core component for railway track systems, ensuring stable support, strong load-bearing capacity and long service life. It complies with international railway standards and is widely used in passenger, freight and urban rail transit lines.

Made of KTH350-10 malleable cast iron (meets GB/T 9440-2010 and TB/T 2630-1995), it has a tensile strength ≥350MPa and elongation ≥10%. Each unit weighs 8.49kg (±0.1kg), ensuring stable installation performance.

Strict quality control is implemented: the surface has clear factory mark, model and inner/outer identification. Casting defects (cracks, sand inclusion, air holes, etc.) are prohibited; pits with depth >2mm and diameter >5mm are not allowed, and acceptable pits are polished flat.
