• Stacker Crane: Double-column structure made of high-quality steel, driven by dual servo motors with gear-rack transmission and linear guide rails. Rated load ≥100kg, positioning accuracy ±1mm, capable of picking and delivering 1 set of bearings at a time. Supports manual and automatic dual control modes, with 6-fold safety protection (polyurethane buffers, position detectors, emergency stop switches, etc.) and backup schemes for fault scenarios.
• Bearing Conveyor Line: Adopts overhead cross-channel conveying with a clear height of no less than 2000mm, composed of positioning tooling, overhead conveyor line, vertical lifting mechanism and ground buffer tooling. It can automatically convey bearings to the pressing station, with linkage automatic control and manual independent operation modes, equipped with position detection sensors for full-process monitoring.
• Intelligent Control System: Integrates high-performance industrial control computer and PLC, realizing data exchange with bearing press machine and production line control system. Supports manual input of bearing parameters, visual identification of bearing marks, and 180° rotation function to ensure correct pressing.
