1. Brief introduction:
The intelligent wheel set RGV conveyor system is independently developed to realize the intelligence of wheel set transportation, which can run through the entire process of wheel set production. It integrates high efficiency, stability and safety, and is widely applicable to railway, subway and high-speed rail wheel set transportation scenarios, helping enterprises optimize production efficiency and reduce manual operation costs.
2.Core Functions:
• Dual transportation modes: Single RGV can realize long-distance point-to-point transportation, and multiple RGVs can work together for relay transportation to meet different production layout needs.
• Automatic positioning: Equipped with automatic position searching and wheel set identification function, which can accurately locate the wheel set and realize automatic connection with production equipment.
• Flexible steering: Cooperating with the built-in intelligent turntable (optional), it can turn at right angles and directly enter the equipment work area, saving transportation space and improving transfer efficiency.
• Intelligent control: Multiple AGVs in the factory can be networked, which can be divided into areas and controlled centrally by the main console, or operated by wireless remote control in the area, realizing flexible management.
• Wide adaptability: Suitable for all types of wheel set transportation, including EMU wheel sets and trailer wheel sets with brake discs.
• Safety guarantee: Equipped with multiple safety protection measures to maximize the safe production during the online transportation of wheel sets.

4. Main structure:
The system is mainly composed of intelligent RGV wheel set conveyor cart, RGV wheel set conveying management and control system, and intelligent turntable (optional). The intelligent RGV wheel set conveyor cart adopts a lever structure to restrain the wheel set, uses lithium battery as the equipment power, and is driven by a DC motor. The equipment is equipped with various sensors to monitor and control the operation of the RGV cart and emergency avoidance. The command transmission between the wheel set RGV conveyor cart and the control system is wireless communication, and the power of the conveyor cart is lithium battery. The charging method can be fixed-point wireless charging or fixed-point manual plug-in charging.
